Incentives for GRAV/IRIS, gUSDC/IRIS, gETH/IRIS Pools

IRISnet will create GRAV/IRIS, gUSDC/IRIS, gETH/IRIS Liquidity Pools, and corresponding Farming Pools on CoinSwap, to bring deep liquidity to IRISnet and the Cosmos ecosystem. This proposal is to request approval to allocate a certain amount of IRIS from the community pool to provide incentives to GRAV/IRIS, gUSDC/IRIS, gETH/IRIS three pools on CoinSwap, with a matching amount of incentives from Gravity Bridge, to be distributed over a period of 180 days. The Gravity Bridge blockchain is the trustless, neutral bridge between Ethereum and the Cosmos ecosystem. Built using the Cosmos SDK, it uses the validator set to sign transactions, instead of a multi-sig or permissioned set of actors. If this proposal passes governance, the requested IRIS will be distributed to the recipient address, and will be added into three pools as incentives together with GRAV incentives, when three pools go live on CoinSwap.
