rIRIS integration with StaFi Hub

StaFiHub has posted the liquid staking solution rIRIS for IRISnet Community and it is actively discussed on the IRISnet forum: https://forum.irisnet.org/t/the-liquid-staking-solution-riris-proposed-by-stafihub/678/2.

Now we propose to take further action on the 1M $USD valued $IRIS tokens liquidity support. Based on the averaged price of $IRIS token ( $0.02565) in the past 5 days, the initial liquidity support is calculated at 39,000,000 $IRIS tokens.

The community should know that the 39M $IRIS tokens will be held in a sole multi-sign address in control by the IRISnet Foundation and StaFiHub. The IRISnet Foundation has the right to withdraw the 39M tokens back to the community pool after 6 months.
