Integrating HashKey DID: Providing a multi-chain identity infrastructure for the IRIS ecosystem
Details
Description
Proposal details: (https://forum.irisnet.org/t/draft-proposal-47-integrating-hashkey-did-providing-a-multi-chain-identity-infrastructure-for-the-iris-ecosystem-enhancing-web3-user-experience-and-fostering-ecosystem-prosperity/796). HashKey DID is a multi-chain decentralised identity data aggregator powered by smart contract, NFT, and privacy protection decentralized protocol to provide identity services to Web3 users. Just one ID, you can interact across different chains. (Website:https://www.hashkey.id/). As an essential piece of Web3 infrastructure in the HashKey ecosystem (Business line/ Web3 infrastructure:https://group.hashkey.com/en/), Hashkey DID is continually expanding the application scenarios for .key to enhance user adoption. Presently, HashKey DID has achieved over 1.1 million registered users, collaborates with more than 35 partners, and supports 6 blockchains(Ethereum, Polygon, BNB chain, Klaytn, Moonbeam, PlatON). Its multi-chain support feature is beneficial for users to interact between various ecosystems. Therefore, after supporting the IRISnet network, it will be more convenient for users to travel within the IRISnet ecosystem. Note: This proposal serves as the comprehensive plan and implementation strategy for HashKey DID for Iris. Due to the considerable duration of the development cycle, to mitigate the impact of Iris price fluctuations, the budget outlined in the proposal is entirely USD-based and has not been converted into a corresponding quantity of Iris tokens. After the completion of each milestone, we will submit a separate proposal that includes the specific amount of Iris tokens. The exchange rate for IRIS will be based on the CoinMarketCap IRIS/USDT rate at 11: 59 PM HKT on the day prior to the proposal submission.
